What file formats are supported?
Currently, MP3 Volume Booster supports only MP3 (.mp3) files. Please convert other audio formats to MP3 before uploading.
What is the maximum file size?
The maximum upload file size is 50MB. Most MP3 files are well within this limit.
How does the volume percentage work?
100% means the original volume (no change). Values below 100% reduce the volume, while values above 100% increase it. For example, 200% doubles the volume, and 500% makes it 5 times louder.
What does the Preview button do?
The Preview button processes a random 30-second clip from your audio with the selected volume setting. This lets you check if the volume level sounds right before processing the entire file.
Will high volume settings cause distortion?
Very high volume settings (above 300%) may cause audio clipping or distortion, especially on audio that already has high peaks. We recommend using the Preview feature to check the quality before generating the full file.
Is my audio file safe and private?
Yes. Your uploaded files are stored temporarily for processing only and are automatically deleted within one hour. We do not share, analyze, or store your audio files permanently.
